Funeral Services

  • An Order of Service is a booklet that guides guests through the funeral ceremony. It typically includes the order of events, readings, hymns, prayers, and photographs.

Our Orders of Service are designed with 4, 8, or 12 pages, depending on the amount of content.

  • A funeral notice is a personalised document that shares the name, dates, and details of the funeral service. It may also include a photograph or short message.

  • A tribute video is a gentle video presentation created using photographs and home video clips that reflect the life, memories, and important moments of your loved one. These videos can show different stages of their life, including family memories, milestones, and the people who were important to them.

Tribute videos are often shown during the funeral service or at memorial gatherings, and they can also be shared with family and friends afterwards. Many families choose to keep the video as a lasting way to revisit and remember the memories of their loved one.

  • Many free templates provide a basic structure for an Order of Service, but they often feel generic and limited in how much they can reflect the person being remembered. Our designs are created to be more personal and tailored to each individual.

In addition to the standard Order of Service, your booklet can be customised to include a personal messages from family or friends or favourite quotes, poems, or sayings. We specialise in incorporating personal touches such as handwriting, photographs, drawings, artwork, and other meaningful details that help reflect the personality and life of your loved one. We can also find ways to include things that were important to them, such as beloved pets, favourite hobbies, interests, or passions, helping create something that truly reflects who they were.

The aim is to create something that not only guides the service but also honours and reflects the life being remembered.

  • Yes. Where possible, we like to meet with you in person to talk through your wishes and ideas for the Order of Service. If you are within a reasonable distance, we are happy to come to you and sit down together to discuss the content, photographs, and personal elements you would like to include, at no extra cost.

If meeting in person is not convenient, this can also be arranged over the phone or by email. However, we find that a personal conversation often helps us better understand the life being remembered and the details that matter most to you.

  • We understand that funeral arrangements often need to be prepared within a short timeframe, and we aim to support families as best we can during this time. Once we have received all the information required, we aim to provide the first draft within 72 hours.

This first draft allows you to review the content and request any changes before the final version is prepared for printing.

Wedding Services

  • A wedding Order of Service is a booklet that guides guests through the wedding ceremony. It typically includes the order of events, readings, hymns or music, the names of the wedding party, and sometimes photographs or personal messages.

Our Orders of Service are designed with 4, 8, or 12 pages, depending on the amount of content you would like to include.

Unlike standard online templates, each design is personalised to reflect your wedding, allowing us to incorporate photographs, meaningful details, and personal touches that make the booklet unique to your day.

  • A wedding story video brings together photographs and video clips from your lives leading up to your wedding day, showing the memories and moments that led to your life together. A photo slideshow is a similar video created using photographs only, arranged in order with gentle transitions.

These videos are often shown during the wedding reception, at the evening celebration, or during speeches, and can also be shared afterwards with family and friends.

We loved having this at our own wedding. Looking back through old photos and videos of us growing up and seeing our story come together was incredibly special, both for us and for the people who shared the moment with us.
